Doing the same thing over and over again is harder to sustain than different forms of training in variety. By doing so, you create a new challenge in the client. It is also advisable to organise more group activities for men. In fact, research shows that men make less use of group activities.
Finally, it is also advisable to vary lesson durations (30, 45 and 60 min) to increase the range of lessons.
